When do monthly credits expire?
Monthly credits are renewed each billing month. Any unused monthly credits expire when the plan renews.
Do one-time credits expire?
No. One-time credit purchases remain in your account until you use them.
What happens when a generation fails?
Failed generations are refunded automatically, so you can try again without losing credits to a failed request.
Who gets the Sugarcube X discount?
All active monthly subscribers get Image and Turbo text-to-image for 2 credits/image instead of 25; Image with 1–4 references costs 4, 7, 9 or 12 credits/image. One-time packs do not activate or extend this benefit. If you cancel, the discount continues only until your current paid subscription period ends.
Why can the cost change between models?
Model, resolution, duration, output count, references and selected options can affect a generation cost. The current cost is shown before you submit.
