When do monthly credits expire?
Monthly credits are renewed each billing month. Any unused monthly credits expire when the plan renews.
Do one-time credits expire?
No. One-time credit purchases remain in your account until you use them.
What happens when a generation fails?
Failed generations are refunded automatically, so you can try again without losing credits to a failed request.
Why can the cost change between models?
Model, resolution, duration, output count, references and selected options can affect a generation cost. The current cost is shown before you submit.
